Dave Norwood is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Banker at our Denver branch.  He has more than 40 years of banking experience working with various types and sizes of businesses and with real estate investors/developers. He has served business owners in Colorado for over 30 years. 

He has extensive experience with many industries including manufacturing, wholesales/distributions, service, hospitality, technology, and construction. He has worked with operating business owners, contractors, and commercial real estate developers/investors. 

He especially enjoys working with business owners to help them overcome their financial challenges so that they strengthen their businesses and accomplish their dreams. This is done by providing personalized service, and using his knowledge of accounting, capital sources, loan structuring, and treasury management to build long terms relationships with customers as a trusted partner. He takes pride in his ability to successfully manage the banking credit underwriting, approval, and closing process to meet the customer’s expectation. Also, his broad contacts in Colorado such as CPA’s, attorney’s, equity investors, subordinated lenders, and SBA specialists are some of the tools that he offers to his customers.

Dave has enjoyed living in Lakewood for 25 years, and spending time with his family and volunteering with several non-profit organizations.
