Remote Deposit Capture allows any size business to deposit checks without having to drive to the bank. Check images are transmitted electronically to PB&T Bank. An annual Compliance Certification is required. Standard limits are $5,000.00 per day to not exceed $15,000.00 per month with bank approval. If higher limits are needed underwriting is required and financial statements may be needed.

Desk Scanner:

Make deposits using a check scanner. An existing scanner may be utilized if it meets our business specifications.

• $15.00 monthly maintenance fee.
• Includes 200 deposited items. $0.12 for each additional item.
• An endorsement stamp is required.
